GGH-ZD002 Soap Dish

If you have been looking for N028, you are in the right place. Marc Le Hardware stocks a wide range of items for homes, rentals and building sites in Ruiru, Kiambu and other parts of Kenya. This page gives you the main facts about this item and some practical advice so that you can buy with confidence. Read through it slowly, compare it with what you already have at home, and take note of anything you want to confirm before you pay.

Price and value

We list prices in Kenya Shillings so you can plan easily. When working out your budget, include the fundi, any extra fittings and the cost of getting the items to site. If you are buying in bulk for a building project, talk to us about your full list. Note that this page is not a statement about stock, payment terms or delivery, so confirm those details when you order.

Buying in Ruiru and around Kiambu

Ruiru has grown very fast, with new estates coming up in Membley, Kamakis, Kimbo and along the Eastern Bypass. Many of these homes need hardware for finishing and repairs, and that is a big part of what we do. Customers from Thika Road, Githurai, Juja and Kiambu town also shop with us. If you are further away, you can still browse online, compare prices and plan your list before you get in touch.

Fitting it properly

For most items in this range, a good fundi will make a big difference. Show them the product page and talk about where it will go before they start work. Confirm what comes in the package and what extra parts, screws or fittings they may need to buy. Where the job involves water or electricity, use someone who is properly qualified. Always follow the instructions that come with the product if they are provided.

A quick word on sizes

Before you buy, take a tape measure and note down the space where the item will go. Write the numbers on paper or on your phone so you do not forget. Check things like the gap available, the position of pipes or screws, and any items close by. Do not judge the size from the photo alone because pictures can be misleading. If the size is not given in the description, ask us to confirm it.

Keeping it clean

A little care goes a long way. Wipe the item down once in a while and keep it dry where possible. If you are not sure which cleaner to use, start with plain water and a soft cloth. Strong products like bleach can damage some finishes, so test them on a small hidden area first. Please note that this advice is general and is not a promise about how long the product will last.

Matching the rest of the room

Many of our customers in Ruiru like a clean and simple look, while others go for something bolder. There is no wrong choice, it is about what you like and what suits your home. Just keep in mind that screens show colours differently, so the item may look a bit lighter or darker in real life. Compare it with nearby products in the Soap Holders section to see a few styles side by side.

Is it right for you?

This product sits in our Soap Holders section, so it is mainly meant for people working on that part of the house. It can suit a family upgrading an old bathroom or kitchen, a landlord preparing units for new tenants, or a fundi who needs a reliable part for a client. Think about who will use it every day and how often. Something used by a big family needs more thought than an item for a guest room.
