Premium ABS Square holder- Black

About KS008

If you have been looking for KS008, you are in the right place. Marc Le Hardware stocks a wide range of items for homes, rentals and building sites in Ruiru, Kiambu and other parts of Kenya. This page gives you the main facts about this item and some practical advice so that you can buy with confidence. Read through it slowly, compare it with what you already have at home, and take note of anything you want to confirm before you pay.

A quick word on sizes

Sizes matter more than most people think. A product can look perfect in a picture and still be a little too big or too small for your wall, sink or shelf. So measure twice and buy once, as the old saying goes. If your fundi is around, ask them to take the measurements with you. They will know which points are important for this type of item and can spot problems early.

What the listing says

According to our product records, this item is described as follows: Premium ABS Square holder- Black. We have kept the wording close to what we received so that you get the facts as they are. Photos on the page are there to help you see the general look, but phone and laptop screens can change colours a little. If something important is missing from the description, send us a message and we will try to find out for you.

Buying in Ruiru and around Kiambu

We started with the Ruiru community in mind, but we serve customers across Kiambu County and the rest of Kenya. Whether you are building in Kahawa Sukari, renovating in Thika or fixing a small flat in Nairobi, the same advice applies. Know what you need, know your sizes, and confirm the details. Please note that this page does not promise stock levels or delivery terms, so ask us about those when you are ready to buy.

Price and value

The price you see on this page is for the item itself. Remember to also plan for things like fitting costs, extra parts and transport. Writing everything down in one budget helps you avoid surprises. If you are buying for several rooms or many rental units, make a full list with quantities. That way you can compare totals properly and decide where to spend more and where to save.

How it will look

Looks matter too, especially in rooms that guests see. Try to match this item with the colour and style of other fittings in the same room. If your taps and handles are silver, a gold item may stand out in a way you do not want. Remember that the photo is a guide and real colours can look slightly different. If you need an exact match, please ask us to confirm the finish first.

Is it right for you?

This product sits in our Shower Accessories, Shower Accessories > Shower Accessories section, so it is mainly meant for people working on that part of the house. It can suit a family upgrading an old bathroom or kitchen, a landlord preparing units for new tenants, or a fundi who needs a reliable part for a client. Think about who will use it every day and how often. Something used by a big family needs more thought than an item for a guest room.

Looking after it

Keep it simple when it comes to cleaning. Gentle soap, warm water and a soft cloth will handle most everyday dirt. Stay away from steel wool and strong acids unless the maker says they are fine. Check the item now and then for loose screws, leaks or wear, depending on what it is. Fixing small issues early is cheaper and saves you from bigger repairs down the line.

Before the fundi comes

Get your fundi involved early, even before you pay for the item. They can tell you if the product will work with your current setup and what else might be needed for the job. Do not assume that fixings or connectors are included unless the listing says so. Plan the work for a day when you have water or power off if needed, and keep the packaging until everything is fitted and working.

Where to read more

Some buyers like to do their own research, and that is a good habit. Two helpful Kenyan sources are the Kenya Bureau of Standards and the Water Resources Authority. You will find general information about standards and water there. Please note that linking to them does not mean they have tested or approved this product.

That is all you need to know to get started with KS008. Check your measurements, talk to your fundi and confirm any missing details before you pay. We are happy to help customers in Ruiru, Kiambu and across Kenya find the right hardware for their homes and projects. Karibu Marc Le Hardware.
