Adjustable (SS304) Kitchen Sink Wire Basket - 25 * 45cm

Many people in Ruiru and the wider Kiambu area come to us when they are fixing up a house, finishing a new build or simply replacing something old. KC002 is one of the products in our Kitchen Accessories range. Below you will find what we know about it, how to tell if it suits your space, and a few tips that our customers have found helpful over time. Nothing here is complicated, and it should only take a few minutes.

Working with your fundi

Get your fundi involved early, even before you pay for the item. They can tell you if the product will work with your current setup and what else might be needed for the job. Do not assume that fixings or connectors are included unless the listing says so. Plan the work for a day when you have water or power off if needed, and keep the packaging until everything is fitted and working.

Buying in Ruiru and around Kiambu

Being close to Ruiru town means many of our customers are busy people building or renting out homes around the area. They want clear prices and honest product information without wasting time. That is what we try to give on every product page. For buyers in other counties, the online shop lets you look at everything in your own time. Just reach out to confirm availability and how you will get your items.

Simple care tips

A little care goes a long way. Wipe the item down once in a while and keep it dry where possible. If you are not sure which cleaner to use, start with plain water and a soft cloth. Strong products like bleach can damage some finishes, so test them on a small hidden area first. Please note that this advice is general and is not a promise about how long the product will last.

Take measurements first

One of the most common mistakes people make is buying something that does not fit. It happens a lot, and it is easy to avoid. Measure the old item if you are replacing one, and measure the space if it is a new installation. Keep all your measurements in the same unit, either centimetres or millimetres. Then compare them with what the listing says. When in doubt, send us your numbers and we will help you check.

The details we have

Here is the description we have for this item: Adjustable (SS304) Kitchen Sink Wire Basket - 25 * 45cm. This is the information that came with the product, so use it as your main guide. If you need a detail that is not listed here, such as an exact size or a specific material, please ask before you buy. It is always better to confirm than to guess, especially when the item has to fit with things already installed in your house.

Is it right for you?

This product sits in our Kitchen Accessories section, so it is mainly meant for people working on that part of the house. It can suit a family upgrading an old bathroom or kitchen, a landlord preparing units for new tenants, or a fundi who needs a reliable part for a client. Think about who will use it every day and how often. Something used by a big family needs more thought than an item for a guest room.

Planning your budget

Every project has a budget, big or small. Compare the price of this product with similar ones in the Kitchen Accessories section to see what fits your pocket. The cheapest option is not always the best value, and the most expensive is not always necessary. Think about how often the item will be used and how easy it will be to replace. Then pick the option that gives you peace of mind.

How it will look

A room feels neat when the fittings go well together. Before you buy, look at the tiles, paint and other hardware already in place. Think about whether you want this item to blend in or to stand out. Only rely on the material and finish stated in the description, because something that looks like metal in a photo may be made of something else. When the look is important to you, confirm before you buy.

Other products in the shop

Most projects need more than one item. While you are here, check out these other products: N173, N030, N037. You can also go back to the Kitchen Accessories section to see similar options. These are only suggestions, so please check each listing to make sure it suits your needs. For the full range, visit our shop page and take your time going through the categories.

Useful Kenyan resources

Some buyers like to do their own research, and that is a good habit. Two helpful Kenyan sources are the Kenya Bureau of Standards and the Water Resources Authority. You will find general information about standards and water there. Please note that linking to them does not mean they have tested or approved this product.

That is all you need to know to get started with KC002. Check your measurements, talk to your fundi and confirm any missing details before you pay. We are happy to help customers in Ruiru, Kiambu and across Kenya find the right hardware for their homes and projects. Karibu Marc Le Hardware.
